A letter to our Patients

May 27, 2020

As governor Inslee has decreed that we may return to providing non-urgent care services he has also provided a detailed list of criteria which must be met in order to do so.

To help meet these criteria we ask that you continue to call in advance of your appointment to report any symptoms of cough, shortness of breath, fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.

Additionally, we ask that you wear a mask into our office for your appointment. If unable or chose not to wear a mask, you will be asked to wait in the provided seating just outside our waiting room.
Upon arrival at our office you will be screened for signs and symptoms of infection. This process could create the need to reschedule your visit.
Spokane Ob Gyn is proud to be your provider of choice for women’s health care. We thank you for your patience and your resiliency during this time.

Sincerely,
The Doctors and Staff of SPOKANE OBGYN

Spokane OBGYN COVID 19 UPDATE

May 25, 2020

At Spokane OBGYN our first priority is to the health of our patients and staff. With information around COVID 19 changing daily, we would like to give you the information we currently have surrounding COVID and pregnancy and our office policies regarding this pandemic.

IF YOU HAVE FEVER, COUGH AND/OR SHORTNESS OF BREATH, please call the office prior to your appointment. We will put you in contact with a nurse to evaluate your symptoms your gynecologic/obstetrical concerns, so we can facilitate the best option to provide care for you.

VISITOR POLICY: Patients are asked to only bring one visitor with them to their appointments. All visitors will be asked to stay in the hallway rather than come in the office with the patient. We will support the ability for you to FaceTime or call your visitor if he/she would like to be present “virtually” for the appointment. The exception to this rule is that if you are having a fetal survey ultrasound, there can be one support person with you. Please call us prior to your appointment if you need to bring visitors in for personal reasons.

Spokane OBGYN is working hard to provide a safe environment for you to continue to receive care. We are disinfecting surfaces regularly and working to have our staff work from home when possible.
